Jayram A. Deshpande

Founder & CEO

Jayram A. Deshpande is a Technologist, Deep-Tech Entrepreneur. He founded a space technology startup, Aadi Space Inc., in December 2023 with focus on space sustainability. He is an engineer and a builder with proven track record in distributed computing, networking arena. He has done research in resource optimization algorithms, delay and disruption tolerant networking (DTN) with focus on deep space link bandwidth usage optimization problem. With over 20 years of engineering experience in the Silicon Valley, California, he has worked with several enterprise software companies in the networking domain.

Technical Advisor

Dr. Mozer is a physicist, futurist, and leader in national security strategy, especially in science and technology. He was the first Chief Scientist Officer of the United States Space Force. He previously served as the Chief Scientist of the Air Force Space Command and as the Lead Space Experimentalist for the Air Force Research Laboratory. He has more than 30 years of experience conducting research and leading exploratory development of space capabilities for national defense. His current research relates to human-machine teaming for national strategy.

Sachin Bhople is a seasoned finance professional with over 20 years of experience. The majority of his career has been spent in diverse roles across leading investment banks, including Credit Suisse and UBS. Prior to this, he held finance positions at AXA and Monsanto. He possesses deep expertise in the finance and accounting of complex investment structures and sophisticated financial products. Sachin is currently based in London, UK.

With deep expertise in AI implementation, automation, and a proven track record of maintaining 97% retention rates, Dan is uniquely positioned to drive our growth.He was instrumental in reducing critical escalations by 95% and cut case resolution from two weeks to two days through automation.

Carter brings his space tech experience across commercial and US Government sectors. At Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL), Carter was phenomenal in designing and producing hardware solutions for mock space robotic crafts to support the space logistics supply chain. He designed and produced improvements to current mock craft, managed contracts and act as technical advisor (TPOC) to various government contractors, write letters of support for new technologies of government interest. Attend conferences and provide input for nationwide space research.
